1.1. This UAB "MB+" privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy) regulates the basic principles and rules of processing your personal data using the website www.mobalt.eu (hereinafter - the Website).
1.2. This Policy:
1.2.1. applies in cases where you visit the Website and use the opportunity to purchase goods and/or products offered on the Website;
1.2.2. designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use;
1.2.3. defines the obligations of your personal data controllers;
1.2.4. explains how and for what purposes your personal data is collected, used and stored (processed) on the Website;
1.2.5. informs you about your rights as a subject of personal data and their implementation methods.

When processing your personal data, we comply with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electronic Communications, other laws and legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data, including the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

II. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
 
2.1. The information we collect about you depends on what information you provide us when you register for the purchase of goods and/or products offered on the Site, purchase them and/or subscribe to newsletters.

2.5.2. Fulfillment of your order to purchase goods and/or products sold by us;
2.5.3. With your consent, when Personal Data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing;
2.6. In all the cases mentioned above, we process your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the respective clearly defined and legitimate purposes, taking into account the protection of the Data Subject's privacy.

We ensure that Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly and lawfully, that it is processed only for purposes that are consistent with the purposes established before the collection of Personal Data, that Personal Data is processed only in strict accordance with clear and transparent personal data processing requirements established by legislation .
2.8. 2.4.1 of this Policy provided during your registration on the Website. and 2.4.2, we will store the data (except for your consent to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes) for no longer than 10 (ten) years, counting from the moment of fulfillment of your order.

2.11. We note that if you go to the Data Controller's place of sale of goods and/or products and conclude a purchase-sale agreement for goods and/or products, your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the concluded agreements.

Please note that your personal data may be disclosed by the Company to those data recipients to whom it is necessary to provide such personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania or to achieve the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, including debt collection companies, legal services, accounting services, bank services, server services, for providers of electronic application administration services, website administration services, courier and delivery services, messaging platforms.

III. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
 
4.1. We inform you that as a Data Subject you have the following rights:
4.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your Personal Data;
4.1.2. to receive information from which sources and which Personal data was collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which recipients of data it is provided and has been provided;
4.1.3. demand correction of processed personal data if the data is inaccurate and/or incomplete;
4.1.4. to demand the destruction of their Personal Data or to stop the processing of their personal domains, if excessive Personal Data is being processed, the Data Subject withdraws consent or there is another sufficient basis for this;
4.1.5. receive the Personal Data relating to you that you have provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format and forward that data to another data controller, or require us to directly forward such Personal Data to another data controller where technically feasible (right to data portability).
